Eric Kohli has served on SABA-LV’s Board since 2019. He currently serves as the President. He is a partner at Pierson Ferdinand LLP, focusing on intellectual property law. He has staunchly supported SABA-LV’s scholarship program throughout his tenure as President. The program has blossomed into the organization's flagship, focused on supporting law students.

Sagar Raich received his Undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and his Master’s Degree from Harvard University. As someone who grew up in Las Vegas, Sagar believes in Southern Nevada and supporting causes in Nevada. Sagar has experience in the fields of business law, real estate law, intellectual property law, and other fields. He also has worked in the financial industry and is well versed in finance law and its rules and regulations. He is an adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, has been published numerous times in law related magazines/articles/periodicals, and has appeared on television and other media.

Sagar Raich, Vice-President
Attorney Arun Gupta of Gupta Law Firm, LLC works primarily in Bankruptcy Law. He has represented clients in Bankruptcy since 2009 in the state of Nevada. Gupta Law Firm LLC represents clients in both personal and business bankruptcies. The firm handles Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
Lalita Kumar, Student Liaison
Lalita is a second-year law student at the William S. Boyd School of Law (UNLV). She also serves as Co-President and is a founding member of the South Asian Law Students Association (SALSA). Before law school, Lalita worked as a trial consultant for Claggett & Sykes and other firms, developing opening and closing trial presentations for complex, high-stakes litigation cases.
Hon. Tina Talim, Judicial Liason
Tina Talim is the presiding judge in Department 14 of the Eighth Judicial District Court, handling both a criminal and civil docket. Judge Talim is deeply committed to community engagement and regularly participates in education initiatives, bar association programming, and outreach efforts that connect law students with the bar and bench.
